Safety and Environmental
The safety of our employees is the single most important priority at HY-BON/EDI. Priority #1 is that every employee goes home every night to their family in the same physical condition as when they arrived. Every employee of HY-BON/EDI is expected to take a leadership role in safety. No task is so urgent that we do not take the time to complete it safely. Hazard identification, intensive employee safety training, proper equipment & PPE, and job safety analysis are each critically important – but none as important as the intense personal commitment of senior management and every HY-BON/EDI employee to continuous improvement in our safety processes.
HY-BON/EDI employee certifications include:
- OSHA 10 Hour
- ConocoPhillips Safety Leadership
- Crane Rig Operator
HY-BON/EDI is committed to environmental excellence. HY-BON/EDI conducts business in an environmentally responsible manner, optimizes the use of resources through the use of efficient technologies and procedures, prevents adverse impacts and complies with applicable requirements. HY-BON/EDI integrates environmental stewardship and accountability in the performance of its operations to promote continuous improvement of environmental performance.
HY-BON/EDI’s Environmental Management program is built around three focus areas:
HY-BON/EDI’s objectives are to prevent adverse environmental effects and to realize the benefits of superior environmental performance. To attain these objectives, HY-BON/EDI uses risk management, pollution prevention and sustainable development techniques to improve environmental performance and reduce operating costs. HY-BON/EDI equipment has assisted our customers in capturing millions of cubic feet of methane and related gases, preventing them from entering the atmosphere and turning them into a clean energy source.
All HY-BON/EDI employees are expected to protect the environment and comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
