Regional Sales Manager

Develops sales strategies to identify new customers, sell new business to existing accounts and convert accounts to a higher level of sales in the San Antonio Texas area growing sales and profitability. Develops sales team acumen, including contract negotiation. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. Manages the sales team in a specified geographic region to provide optimum response to customers and potential customers while executing to achieve established sales and marketing plans. Develops sales operation processes, budgets, Long Range and Annual Operating plans for a defined region. Liaisons with multiple internal functions such as manufacturing, engineering, customer service, logistics, sourcing, accounting/finance, scheduling and purchasing departments as well as 3rd party vendors to ensure timely delivery of product that meets customer expectations. Implements partnerships with internal functions and 3rd party vendors to meet NPS, margin and share objectives. Builds partnerships with customers in assigned region to identify their needs, compiles opportunities and collaborates with internal functions to evaluate new product ideas and/or continuous product improvement opportunities. Monitors industry trends and changing regulations to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Prefer 2-3 years oil & gas experience.
